    • Honest and Fair dealings at all times. One my the primary goals in my culture is to help others whenever possible. To me, our dealings are not a business transaction but a way for me to use my real estate experience to best help you.

I have been a very successful real estate agent ever since I first joined Royal LePage in 1987. I have been a recipient of numerous prestigious awards:

My Equation for Success is : Knowledge + Skills + Sincere Effort

Knowledge - I have lived in Ottawa for the last 27 years and know the city very well. Having a business background, I understand financing, investing and the mortgaging aspects of the business very well.

Skills - I have the most natural skills in Sales, Architectural / Aesthetic / Decorating aspects of homes. The attached " Testimonials " speak for themselves. I have also earned the reputation of being "the one to call before you make any major changes to your house" and when given ideas, I often hear "Wow"! and to me that is just very natural!!!

Sincere Effort - I constantly remind myself of what someone once said : "Putting others needs ahead of yours, is a true service" & "Do unto others, as others do unto you"

Thus, my motto for real estate simply means treating every one like a "VIP" and their homes like a "Taj Mahal".
