Surveyors

One aspect of land ownership that is often overlooked is the preparation of a survey. This determines the exact boundaries of the land being purchased. Unless the property has had a survey on it, it is not safe to assume that the description in the deed accurately depicts the property boundaries. I always suggest that buyers obtain a survey before closing the deal.
